Gameplay:
Adjustments & Improvements:
- Adjusted interception sprint touches from being too heavy.
- Prevented unintended dragbacks from occurring.
- Addressed instances where stretch interceptions would go through players.
- Improvements to through pass targeting.
- Reduced excessive jumps and chest traps at header height.
- Ensured receivers advance their trajectory as expected.
- Reduced excessive loopiness in contextual lofted through passes.
- Adjusted contextual ground pass speeds.
Acceleration Improvements:
- Made all players have the same acceleration up until jog speed, to ensure players with low acceleration do not feel too clunky when close dribbling.
- For acceleration beyond jog speed, increased the difference between low- and high-rated players to increase the importance of the acceleration stat.
AI Improvements:
- Ensured that runners don't overshoot and end up outside the pitch or in the goal
- Prevented AI to trigger tracking runs against enemies that have the ball in possession
Animations:
- Header Improvements.
- Jumping trajectory Improvements.
- Added recovery reactions post-powerful shots and headers, as well as wind-up time.
UI/UX/Audio & Quality of Life:
- Updated Golden Goal screen.
- Increased half time and full time break duration to 30s.
- Updated the lobby screen.
Core:
- Low end scalability for shadows.
- XBOX Insider - New artwork.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where fouled players would "slingshot" back to the ball.
- Fixed an issue where slide tacklers would sometimes not obey the required recovery time.
- Fixed a problem with aggressive alignment caused by continually recomputing the earliest receive tick.
- Fixed an issue with aggressive alignment caused by locking on for a very short duration.
