With superhuman reflexes and flying saves, she dominates the net even if her command of the box occasionally leaves something to be desired. Before every match, she recalibrates by slowly peeling an apple with a plastic spoon, a bizarre superstition that leaves her teammates both stifling giggles and keeping a respectful distance. Her friendly demeanor hides a world-class shot-stopper who refuses to let the ball cross her line.
