How to Get Your Drops
It only takes 2 minutes to set up. Follow these steps once, then just watch and earn.
STEP 1 — Connect Your Twitch Account
Link your Twitch account to GOALS so we can verify your watch time and deliver your rewards.
1. Go to Account Settings → Connections
2. Click Connect Twitch
3. Log in to Twitch and authorize GOALS
4. Done — your accounts are now linked
STEP 2 — Connect Your GOALS Account on Twitch
On Twitch's side, make sure Drop notifications are enabled for GOALS.
1. Open twitch.tv/drops in a new tab
2. Find GOALS in your connected games
3. Make sure it shows as Connected
STEP 3 — Watch a GOALS Stream
Any partnered GOALS creator counts. Watch any eligible stream during June and your watch time accumulates automatically.
1. Browse GOALS streams on Twitch
2. Look for the "Drops Enabled" tag on a stream
3. Just watch — no clicks, no codes required
STEP 4 — Claim & Open Your Packs
Drops don't auto-deliver — you need to claim them or they expire.
1. When you hit a milestone, you'll see a notification on Twitch
2. Click Claim in the Twitch drops panel (top right bell icon)
3. Your pack will appear in your GOALS inventory within a few minutes
4. Head to Inventory → Packs to open it
Good to Know
- Drops are available to all players with a verified GOALS account.
- Each milestone can only be earned once per day per account.
- Drops must be claimed on Twitch or they expire.
- Only streams with the "Drops Enabled" tag count toward your watch time.
- One account per person — multi-accounting will result in disqualification.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I watched for over an hour but didn't get a drop. What happened?
A: Confirm you were watching a stream with the "Drops Enabled" tag to accumulate watch time. You only need to link your GOALS account when you're ready to claim your drop.
Q: Where do I find my packs after claiming?
A: Go to your GOALS profile → Inventory → Packs. It may take a up to 48 hours to appear after claiming on Twitch.
Q: Can I earn drops on multiple streams at the same time?
A: No — watch time only accumulates on one stream at a time. Switching streams is fine, but watching multiple simultaneously won't speed things up.
Q: GOALS doesn't appear under my Twitch connected games. What do I do?
A: Disconnect and reconnect your Twitch account in GOALS Account Settings. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Q: I claimed my drop on Twitch but it's not in my inventory.
A: Allow up to 48 hours for delivery. If it still hasn't arrived, contact support with your Twitch username and the time you claimed.
