With a flamboyant flair that belies her childhood battle against a paralyzing fear of heights, this Iranian goalkeeper launches herself between the posts with feline reflexes and acrobatic saves. While her command of the area can occasionally waver, she compensates with peerless aerial dexterity that turns impossible shots into pure spectacles. The drive to conquer her vertigo fueled her journey to greatness, cementing her status as a magnetic presence who lives for the spotlight.
