TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to GOALS! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GOALS video game (“Game”), including any related services, features, content, and websites (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Goals AB (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using GOALS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Game.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use GOALS. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for the acts of children under 18 years of age when using GOALS.

2. ACCOUNT

To access certain features of GOALS, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

To ensure a fair and respectful community, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines, including:

  • No cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized software
  • No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
  • No impersonation or sharing of others’ personal information
  • No commercial use or sale of your account
  • Do not promote or be involved in account or in-game currency buying, selling, distributing or farming.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account. If you have more than one account, depending on the type of violation or misuse, we may terminate all of your accounts and all related entitlements.

4. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND IN-GAME PURCHASES

GOALS may offer virtual currency, customization items, or other digital goods for purchase (“Virtual Items”). You understand that:

  • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable (unless required by law)
  • You do not own Virtual Items; you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

You may create or share UGC (such as, but not limited to, player cards, highlights, formations). By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content in connection with GOALS.

You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. ESPORTS AND COMPETITIVE PLAY

Participation in GOALS tournaments, ranked modes, or esports events may require agreeing to additional rules. We reserve the right to disqualify or ban players for unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or violating these Terms.

7. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

We may update the Game and Services at any time, including adding, modifying, or removing features. We may also change these Terms. Your continued use of GOALS means you accept the updated Terms.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to GOALS at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

You may also terminate your account at any time.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

GOALS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GOALS, including, but not limited to, lost data, lost profits, or system failures.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
